Old Freed-Eisemann Receivers Advertising Sign
This old cardboard sign is advertising Freed-Eisemann Receivers - Imitated but never equaled. It is made with colorful poster type paints and states that the receivers were; Moderately Priced $65.00 to $675.00. The Freed-Eismann Radio Corp. operated in New York prior to 1929 when it apparently changed to Freed Television & Radio.
It measures about 9 ¼" by 14 1/8" and is in nice condition with age wear. The colors are still bright but there is some edge and corner wear. The top right corner is also creased and there is some water staining. There is a hole in the top where it was hung.
