Old Magic Pitcher for Canned Milk with Original Box
This is a neat old kitchen gadget called a Magic Pitcher with Built in Can Opener. It was made for serving canned milk or chocolate syrup with "Table Appeal". The top of the plastic pitcher is pushed onto a can piercing the top in two places. Then the pitcher top and can are fitted onto the base which makes a nice looking serving pitcher that can also be kept in the refrigerator. The bottom is marked Brussels - Herculean - Pat. Pend - Belgium. The box, with a 59c price, shows and tells of all of the benefits of use.
The pitcher measures about 2 7/8" in diameter and about 3 5/8" high with a can of Carnation milk in it. It is in very good condition with minor wear. The box measures about 3 1/8" square by 3 ¼" high. It is faded on most sides, has worn edges and torn flaps. One flap is completely torn off but is included.
