Yellow Arcadia Carafe with Original Lid

This is an old piece of Gladding McBean pottery in the Arcadia pattern. The egg-yolk yellow carafe is fitted with a simple wood handle held on by a copper plated steel bracket spaced with a piece of rubber. It has its original lid and is faintly marked on the bottom; Arcadia - E29 Made in USA.

It measures about 8¼" high and is in good condition with minimal wear. The finish is gone from the wood handle and there is some discoloration. There is also some pitting to the metal strap which can be seen in the photos.
