Reference Book - Very Rare Glassware - 4th Series by Gene Florence
This is a used, hardbound reference book written by Gene Florence called Very Rare Glassware of the Depression Years - Fourth Series. Although it is an older book, it is still an invaluable reference for collector's of unique and hard to find depression glass items. It is full color photos of unusual pieces from many of the well known glass companies like Heisey, Cambridge, Hocking, Paden City and others. It has 143 pages which includes a price guide for the photographed pieces. It was published by Collector Books, a Division of Schroeder Publishing Company. Inc. with a 1995 copyright date. The prices may not be current but they are still excellent reference guides with regards to rarity and documentation.
It measures about 8 ¾" by 11 ¼" by 9/16" and is in very good condition. The pages are clean and crisp with minimal wear and the spine is tight. There is some minor scuff and edge wear to the cover and the previous owners name is written in pen on the inside cover page.
