1820-1840 English Staffordshire Transferware Pepper Pot

A lovely dark blue and white 3 1/4" high English Staffordshire transferware pepper pot. This is an all in one pepper shaker and would have been part of a large dinner set in the same transfer pattern. C.1820-40 The top was hand pierced. This pepper pot has a pleasant bulbous design to handle. The shaker is in great condition and has a blue glaze finish. The general crazing is light and would have happened during the final firing in the kiln.
