Chinese Mudman Yoke Bearer With Peach And Coin (Symbolic of Long Life And Wealth) Circa 1920

This has been one of the most popular of the old mud figures. He is well-detailed, featuring coin and peach to symbolize long life and wealth. He is glazed in the traditional Sancai of Mustard Yellow, Cerulean Blue and Jade Green. He is accented in Aqua.

Circa 1920.

Ht: 4 and 3/4 inches

Condition is Very Good, with colors vibrant and no losses. The overall condition is much better than you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.

This is part of the fabulous collection of 144 vintage and antique mudmen I have just purchased, that had been lovingly collected over many decades. I purchased all 144 pieces, all in Very Good to Excellent Condition. I will be listing all of them, and of course will consider a reduced price if one were to purchase all or a large number of them. I am listing them at very affordable prices individually as well.
