Antique Japanese Burlroot Fly Whisk - From Mary Pickford's Estate
This is one of a number of items I purchased from the estate of Mary Pickford, through Julien's Auctions. The natural burl is tied with bristles.
Size: Approximately 8 inches length.
Circa: This unusual burlroot fly whisk is from the early 20th Century, circa 1900.
Condition: In Very Good Condition. The overall condition is somewhat better than you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Mary Pickford, through Julien's Auctions.
