Blue Ridge Rose Step Box Circa 1940's

This box was made by Blue Ridge circa 1940's. The pattern is called Rose Step and the box is known as a Rose Step box. The background color of the box is a soft cream color. The base of the box has soft brown accents. The lid has pink roses with green leaves and accents of brown.

The box measures 4" by 5 1/2 " and is 4" tall. It is pictured on page 81 of Blue Ridge China Today by Ruffin.

There are a couple of manufacturer imperfections. One is a small air bubble near the top of the base. And the other is a slight curve on the inside of the lid on one side. There are no chips, damage or repairs. Overall condition is very good!
