American Brilliant Cut Glass Decanter Strawberry Diamond Pattern
A wonderful example of a most popular pattern called Strawberry Diamond.
This pattern was cut by several different companies during the American Brilliant Cut Glass era. We date this to be about 1900. The pattern is cut all over the body of the decanter. The tall slender neck has cut notched prisms and cut rings. The base has a rayed cut star.
The stopper is faceted. The height, with the stopper, is about 9 3/4" tall. The base is 3 1/4" across. The are a few nicks in the pattern. Overall condition is Great!!
