Edwardian Period Art Nouveau Salt Pig Dated 1919

Whilst the date inscribed on this is 1918-1919 puts it about 7 years after Edward V11's death the style is still very much that of Edwardian Art Nouveau. It really is quite a charming thing and quite unusual also. I am no expert and have marked it as a Salt Pig rather than a Sugar Caddy, and have done so really on the size of the lovely little scoop and the fact that it has a lid rather being open to the air. This was obviously presented as a Trophy or Award and is inscribed....O.Y & M.B.C WON BY VERA 1918-19. Marked on the base is...EPBM 476 MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 71/2" x 4 3/4".
