A Benin Bronze In The Form Of A Leopard Headed Warrior

I've tried researching this most unusual figurine without a great deal of success. As far as I can ascertain it is from the Kingdom of Benin in Africa and was made using the 'lost wax' process. The OBA, or King, had as his personal animal symbol the LEOPARD and this figurine appears to be a Warrior with the head of a Leopard.... although I've found nothing similar when searching Benin Bronze figures / figurines. This figure is solid bronze and is very heavy for its size...it is 7 .5" tall and around 5" in width at widest point. This one differs to the other similar one we have listed...in this instance the warrior has a Bow over his shoulder and has an arrow in one hand and he is holding a Cobra Snake in the other hand. The figure is probably early 20th century I would think.
