Reverent 1935 divided back linen postcard, with signed artwork of 'The Crucifix' at Santa Barbara Mission, Santa Barbara, California. The card has a beautiful painting of a Jesuit priest standing at the foot of a stunning INRI Crucifix with the body of the Christ. Set among very old trees and Junipers, the image is quite breathtaking. The card numbered SB10 is in Excellent condition, with one slightly bumped corner tip only. No wear. Published by Longshaw Card Co, Los Angeles California. One cent Stamp box and brief biography of the Mission at top left verso corner. Shipped in a rigid sleeve and waterproof mailer for a safe journey.
