Beautiful 'Gold Pearl of the Orient' TEXTRON Lingerie Hostess Coat Ad~McCall's, 1946

Beautiful 1946 Textron Lingerie ad with stunning artwork depicting an amazing Asian beauty emerging out of a clamshell, ala Venus, with pearls on her slippers, in the shell, and strewn on the beach at the edge of the sea. Textron was considered 'high end' lingerie in those years, this full-length Hostess Coat in Gold Mist rayon satin, lined in Chinese Red. This beautiful full-page color ad is in Excellent condition, measuring 10 1/2" x 14". No cropping or trimming; image is only limited by scanner table size. No damages; slight darkening to the bottom of the paper margin borders. Shipped in a rigid sleeve and waterproof mailer for a safe journey.
