Exceptional Tootsie Toy dollhouse miniature wing back chair in mint condition is one for the serious Tootsie Toy collector! The upper half is painted dark green with a cream crackle finish and the lower half tan with a gold crackle finish. It measures 2” t x 1 3/4” w x 1 1/4” d and is marked, “Tootsie Toy”.

Manufactured by the Chicago based Dowst Brothers firm from 1922 to 1937, Tootsie Toy furniture is made of cast metal in 1/2” scale. The colorfully enameled furniture followed popular furniture styles of the 1920s and 30s.
