Tootsie Toy Dollhouse Dining Room Server – Brown 1920s 1/2" Scale

Tootsie Toy dollhouse dining room server from the 1920s is one of the earlier dining room furniture pieces and is painted brown. It has a pretty scroll design back, Queen Ann legs in the front, and a non-opening drawer with simulated handles and keyhole. Marked "Tootsie Toy".

It measures 1 5/8" t x 2 1/8" w x 1" d and is in very good condition with minimal paint loss and no bent or broken parts.

Manufactured by the Chicago based Dowst Brothers firm from 1922 to 1937, Tootsie Toy furniture is made of cast metal in 1/2" scale. The colorfully enameled furniture followed popular furniture styles of the 1920s and 30s.
