10 5/8" Empire China Austrian Portrait Plate circa 1890's

This is a 10 5/8" Empire China Austrian Portrait Plate and dates from the early 1890's.. It is marked Empire China with a Wreath around the words and has a Crown above the words and the number 854. It is a shallow bowl shape and has an artist's signature of " E. Vettori " on the lower right hand side. It has (8) scalloped panels around the plate with a Gold edge. It has (4) Gold scrolling designs in between each panel and has (2) alternating Baskets of Flowers, filled with Roses with trailing green leaves that fade into a light blue. The 1st flower Basket is shaped like a long corset shaped Basket and the 2nd Basket is an oval bowl shape. It has a beautiful portrait of a Brunette that is wearing a delicate Lacey white blouse with a silk Purple shawl / scarf around her shoulders. This Portrait is very large, covering most of the middle and measures 5 1/2" by 5".
