19th Century French Antique Walnut Armchair
Please Take 50% Off The Featured Price. A magnificent and massive Armchair made from selected walnut by the middle part of the 19th century. This stunning piece is consisting of a large seatback standing upon the wide seat flanked by boldly sculpted armrests accented with acanthus pattern, all supported by an elegant pediment consisting of baluster legs connected to each other thanks to a graceful X-shaped stretcher. The needlepoint upholstery is in original condition and indeed has aged overtime. The padding on the backseat would have to be redone. Circa date 1860. Dimensions 46'high/ 18"seat height/ 27"wide/ 26"deep.
