18th Century French Antique Louis XV Period Oak Console

This is an appealing and rare console made from solid oak during the second half of the 18th century boasting its original demi lune Ardennes gray marble (typical for furniture for this time period) upon a beautifully and intricately sculpted belt accented with acanthus rosettes and floral pattern supported by 3 lovely scrolled cabriole legs. Note minor scratches and dents here and there due to the age. Circa date 1760. Dimensions 31"high/ 23 ½"wide/ 15 1/2"deep.
