Darling 14K Rose Gold Diamond & Sapphire Birds & Nest Brooch / Pin
This darling brooch features two adorable little birds on either side of their nest, resting on a tree branch. The birds have diamonds in their wings and diamond eyes, and between them sits a nest of pink and blue sapphires. The brooch is made from 14K rose gold; the bodies of each bird is textured, while the rest of the brooch is shiny. The brooch measures 2 1/8" long by 7/8" high and the pin mechanism works perfectly. It is marked on the back, 14K, and is in excellent condition. It is from the Art Deco period, c. 1930's.
