1930's Japanese Ceramic Wall Pocket with Clipper Ship

This ceramic wall pocket vase has a raised molded design of a Clipper Ship (clipper ships were used up through the nineteenth century when they were replaced by modern ships). This pocket was hand-decorated in several colors; orange, brown, green, blue and black. The marks read "pat no. 64211 Made in Japan." It measures 6" tall, 3 3/4" wide, and 1 1/2" thick. It is in excellent original condition.
