Norway Sterling & Green Enamel D-A Leaf Pin
David Andersen of Norway created this classic pin, a variation of his popular leaf design. The guilloche enamel is emerald green. The pin was made after 1940, although this design is much older. The metal is sterling silver with a gold wash. Each enamel leaf is beautifully veined; the leaves are convex in order to catch the light. The pin measures 2 1/2" X 1." There is an old-fashioned C-catch rather than a safety catch; this is typical of D-A pins. This pin is in excellent original condition.
