D-A Sterling & Enamel Clover Pin with Ladybug

This whimsical four-leaf clover pin from David Andersen of Norway is a lovely deep green guilloche enamel; perched on one leaf is a tiny red and black enamel ladybug. The pin is sterling silver with a gold wash. There is a bail attached to the back (not visible on the front) of this piece so that it may be worn as a pendant, if desired. The marks indicate that it dates after World War II. The pin measures 1 1/4" across and weighs .3 oz. It is in excellent original condition.
