Miriam Haskell Costume Pendant Necklace

This fun brass necklace dates from the 1930's or 1940's. It is an adjustable choker-style necklace, measuring 14" to 17" long, depending on where you clasp it. The pendant is about 1 1/2" in diameter. The designer tab is attached to the chain. There is a round polished brass pendant with a hammered finish; the pendant is fitted with a painted ceramic medallion that is prong-set. The medallion has a Pennsylvania Dutch floral decoration in dark blue, white, and gold. There is a minor scratch on the medallion (shown in the photographs), but otherwise the piece is in excellent original condition.
