These gorgeous linen double damask (pattern reversed on back side) dinner napkins are in excellent original condition. They are around 80-90 years old and are probably Irish linen. The pattern is geometric in the center with a border of long-stemmed chrysanthemums. It has an arts & crafts look. The edges are finished with a tiny, hand rolled hem. The napkins are 24" square, large enough to cover a diner from knee to chin. Each napkin has an embroidered decorative monogram that is rather ambiguous; it could be an F, a TF, or perhaps a TAF. These napkins have been washed, starched, and ironed; they are ready for your Holiday table.
