Garlands of Roses Glass Beaded Victorian Purse

Complete with a very nice 2" fringe, this beaded purse distinguishes itself on several counts! It utilizes metallic gold beads in a very restrained and tasteful manner. It features a beautiful blue forget-me-not heart shaped wreath surrounded by a larger rose adorned heart-shaped wreath! Same pattern back and front.

There is a chased design on the frame on the front side. The lining which is completely intact and includes a little pocket, is of a suede cloth material which probably means it was replaced at some time in its long life. There is some black bead loss which is completely disguised because of the color against a dark ground. Chain is about 15" in total length. Purse size is 8" x 6".

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this one a 9.1 (very good condition with minor bead loss in insignificant places and quantity). Priced accordingly.
