These lovely Victorian era dangle earrings feature basse taille enamel work on a yellow gold ground. Each part moves with you so they come alive when worn.
The ear posts are mounted very low on the top section so that the triangular shaped shield covers your piercing and if you happen to have very small lobes, a good portion of that too. They measure 1 1/4" x 5/8".
These are marked 14K on the reverse side. They are posts, but your jeweler could easily convert these to ear wires if you prefer. They weigh 7.9 grams.
The second photo was taken with a flash. Please note the hand stippling in the design work.
The condition is excellent.
