Large German Germany Sterling Silver and Enamel Parrot Pin - Kissing Parrots

The pin is quite large at 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". Bright colors. It is in very good condition with some minor enamel wear and loss (enlarge photos - you will see more detail than you can imagine so you know exactly what you will be getting!). One area to note that might be overlooked is the bottom of the left fork of the green and orange parrot - the tip is slightly curled and it is impossible to know if that was original to the design or something that happened to it after. Probably after.

Like our many other German Sterling and Enamel figural pins that we have listed, this dates from the pre-WWII era. This is the only one of the bunch that does not have marquisite embellishments. Feels very weighty.
