Antique Eggshell Porcelain Handpainted Limoges Cup and Saucer

This is a gorgeous, uniquely shaped, very, very dainty Limoges cup and saucer. It has a square foot! Hard to believe that this would be durable enough for serving expresso, but it sure makes a fantastic cabinet display item!

It features lots of gold trim, robin's egg blue and mint green accents and beautifully rendered handpainted floral panels. The matching saucer has a square indent to receive the square foot.

The cup measures 2 3/8" tall and is also 2 3/8" in diameter across the top diameter (it is 3 1/4" across to the handle). The square base measures 1 1/4" square. The saucer is 4 1/2" in diameter. The set is in mint condition. The porcelain is eggshell thin and very lightweight - you can see through the cup!
