Gorgeous Chinese Carnelian and Sterling Silver Necklace Figural Vinaigrette Frog

The orangey/rusty colored beads are carnelian and the larger beads are faceted while the smaller beads are cabochon. The silver findings are unmarked but test as sterling silver.

The center drop is a scent or incense holder (pierced) or vinaigrette. The little stopper is topped by a figure of a frog! There is significant heft to this necklace as it weighs just over 4 ounces. Because carnelian is so complimentary to all complexions, this necklace will enhance any garment you wear it with - dress it up or down!
