Vintage Sterling Silver Roman Catholic Four Way Medal and Neck Chain

This is a very pretty and elaborate pure silver Four Way medal and neck chain. The Cross medal has the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the top, the Miraculous Medal on the bottom, The Holy Virgin Mary on one side and The Sacred Heart on the other. The back it is also engraved with the Miraculous Medal symbol and the words; 'I am a Catholic, call a priest'. The Cross Medal is 1" long and the silver neck chain which is thick and sturdy is 18" long. Both are marked as Sterling Silver and are in great Condition!
