Red Ware Donkey Pulling a Cart Planter
This item is a two piece planter on a wire frame that depicts a donkey pulling a cart. The wheeled wire frame attaches to the sides of the donkey by compression and the donkey has a paper label that read, "Made In Japan" on its underside. The planter is 10 3/4" long, 4 1/4" tall at the ear, by 4 1/4" wide across the cart. The donkeys face and the posts on the cart are cold paint decorated. The wire frame has some tarnish and there is some wear to the cold paint, but the planter has no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, or repairs.
