Early Primitive Hand Hammered Handled Copper Water Jug vessel

Here is a primitive hand hammered one handle copper jug with wide mouth. The handle looks to be attached to the body with copper rivets or nails and looks to date to the 1800s. The jug measures approx. 7" tall, and 4 1/4" across the mouth. The jug weighs 14.6 ounces and is in good condition with wear commensurate to its age, some dings, the mouth and base are out of round, wear over entire surface, but quite normal for something this old.
