Stunning German Two Handled Porcelain Figurine Double Vase Applied Hand Painted Flowers Gold

Here is an absolutely stunning German two handle double vase with central victorian woman figurine with applied flowers in colors of lavender, yellow, orange, pink, and others. The figurine is dressed in a gold blouse with hand painted flowers and a powder blue ruffled skirt with gold and lavender leaves/flowers. The figurine/vase measures approx. 10 1/2" to top of figurines head, and approx 7 1/2" across from one vase to the other. The vase weighs 2 pounds 6 ounces, and is in excellent condition with only light gold loss. I did examine all applied flowers, under a magnifying glass, and could find no direct damage, but there may be some possible tiny leaf nicks which I missed. With as many applied flowers as this piece has, it is in extraordinary condition. This figurine/vase does have a blue underglaze intersecting lines mark, with a tiny circle at the end of each line. I cannot identify this mark as to maker, .
