Vintage 1915 Prinz Adalbert S.M. Grosser Kruezer Heavy Cruiser Ship Real Photo Postcard

Here is a very vintage 1915 real photo postcard of the German Prinz Adalbert heavy cruiser ship which was built at Kiel Dockyard in 1900, and launched June 22nd 1901. She was intended for use in oversea cruiser station but was instead used as a gunnary training ship When war broke out in 1914 Prinz Adalbert was mobilized for war service. On October 23 1915 the ship was torpedoed and sank with heavy loss of life by British submarine E8 off Libau. The wreck was found by British divers in 2007. The postcard is in good condition with the exception of some staining /discoloration, frayed corners, and some curling. We are happy to accept lay-a-ways!
