Here is an 1800s petite tin toleware pail with two brass figural lion head handles with a central portrait of an old french soldier buying a drink from a woman street vendor. The miniature pail is artist signed on the lower left of the portrait by, what looks like, Carlo Fermek, but I could be wrong. This oval shaped pail measures approx. 3 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" long, and 2 1/8" wide. The pail has wear commensurate with its age, I.E. paint peels, rust, paint loss, staining/discoloration and tarnished handles. We are happy to accept lay-a-ways! We require a non-refundable 25% deposit within 10 days, and the balance to be paid in full within 30-60 days.
