Vintage Hat Tulle Flourished 1940s - 1950s Amazing Millinery Delight

The very finely woven, white and navy blue, straw is intricately stitched in narrow rows. A navy blue velvet ribbon / rope surrounds the brim in two places, The velvet falls in two dangles to the side. Each of these double ribbons end in a flourish of very fine, navy tulle that is flocked with big white polka dots. DARLING!

The inside band is navy blue gross grain ribbon. There is also a blue elastic thread. These were used to hold the hat securely at the back of the head. This is a great feature! You can move the hat to any angle and use the elastic band to hold it in place.

BEAUTIFUL vibrant colors. No holes or wear to note. This tulle netting is to die for!
