Darling, printed, sewing pattern / complete / cut from the mid 50s. One yard of fabric, one size kitchen apron in full body or half, waist apron. Printed pattern is complete with instructions for choosing fabric, laying out the pattern, cutting, sewing and finishing the garments shown on the envelope.
This one yard apron, features tie ends, fastening in a bow in back. Make with or without pockets, or even DOUBLE pockets. Use the three part construction view 2 and add lace, rick rack or bias tape to make it FANCY.
You could do one apron up in contrasting fabric for the three part, BIB VIEW. Dotted Swiss or organdy trimmed with dainty lacy would sweet for a hostess apron. (look at the view in Pink!)
Border prints, chintz or a striped fabric with bias binding tape trim, Checks and Everglaze fabric. Use a combination of complimentary solid fabrics to give another individualized look. Be creative and have some fun with your talent.
