Vintage 1940's Brown Wool Felt Pancake Hat With Silk Fringe

This hat is basically all brim. The crown is identified as a 6" diameter circle at the top of the hat. There is a sort of an inner hat within a hat, the part that goes over the head. It measures 20 1/4" around. There is also an elastic band that goes under the back of the hair that holds the hat in place. There is a 16" row of silk fringe that runs along the brim with a brown felt bow on either side. Very nice condition.
