This attractively decorated brass frame from around 1880 was manufactured in Birmingham, UK. The decorative rose is deeply sculptured, setting it apart from the average. Overall the frame measures 9 1/2" by 6 1/4" with a the picture aperture of 6" by 3 3/4". This contains an original sepia portrait by Atkins & Sons of Hastings, featuring a pair of Victorian kiddies.
