Knitting Needle Sheaths - Victorian

This belt-carrying knitting aid was freely used in the last quarter of C19th. Not only does the "kit" accommodate a spare knitting needle, a fearsome hook also carries of a spare ball of wool. A second smaller hook holds off the ground the piece being knitted. The two continental silver ends are attractively formed as a vase of fruit and pair of swans. The connecting chains allow the sheaths to hang five inches below the waist. The condition of this unusual knitting piece is excellent. Insured air shipping is included in the list price. Nothing extra is payable.
