Needle Case in Rosewood Patented by Wheeler & Wilson - Victorian

This 2 3/4" tall, smoothly machined, walnut needle case was first patented in 1858, by the Connecticut sewing machine manufacturers Wheeler & Wilson (subsequently acquired by Singers'). It accommodates seven sizes of numbered needles. After its more than one hundred and fifty years this well-made and tactile piece remains in great shape and is still in almost-new condition. Worldwide insured air shipping included in listed price. Nothing extra to pay.
