Copper Kettle - Early to Mid Victorian

This attractive early copper kettle has an oval plan-form 6" by 5" at its greatest and 5 1/2" by 4 1/2" at its base. A brass knob tops the snugly fitting lid with a brass mounted, ceramic handle over. The significance of this example is enhanced by the professionally fashioned C19th metal join to the rear of the piece. This remains sound and leak-proof after more than 150 years in use. It will probably last another 150! Condition great. Worldwide insured air shipping included in list price. Nothing extra to pay.
