Celtic Pin / Buckle with Purple Stone

This pin has a nice design and a big prong set purple stone in the center. I think the stones is just glass. The pin measures 1 1/4" wide and has two buckle like bars on the back along with the pin stem. The pin is secured by an old C clasp - the buckle pieces are not straight across - they are M shaped ... not sure if they are supposed to be that way.
