1953 Ad - Coke COCA-COLA - 'Ladies' Card Game'

This is a genuine original magazine advertisement from a 1953 issue of the Ladies' Home Journal.

This dated, full-colour Coke ad features a picture of attractive women enjoying an afternoon card game (Bridge, maybe? Or perhaps pinochle or canasta? No, I'm not a 'card sharp'). The illustration depicts the hostess bearing a tray of the familiar bottles and glasses - "There's a difference, you know, when you serve Coke". This ad also features a six-pack carry-case and an iconic contour bottle in the right-hand corners.

This LARGE 1950s advert measures 10 3/8" x 13 5/8"(approx.). The image of this piece of advertising memorabilia / ephemera has been accommodated completely by a large-format scanner. This Fifties print ad is in very good condition (a small bleed of pink is visible in the bottom right corner) and is eminently suitable for framing.
