4 Whitney 1920s Die Cut Valentine Cards
Four embossed die-cut Valentine cards, all marked Whitney Made Worcester Mass. They've all been signed and one is dated 1923 though the style is a little older, 1915 to 1919. The cards are heart shape, about 4 inches diameter, with verses and sweet illustrations inside. One features a boy and girl framed in hearts with butterflies all around them, another has a tiny chubby little girl reading a book with cupids at each side. The other two depict charming, chubby little curly haired girls in oversize bonnets. The Valentines are in good condition with no tears or damage, one has some tape marks on the back from apparent album removal.
