This song is called, "The Sidewalks of New York", subtitled "East side, west side, all round the town". The cover, showing several children dancing around a man with a hurdy-gurdy and a small monkey, was illustrated and signed by artist Wohlman.
The song was written by Chas. B. Lawlor and James W. Blake, and this edition was published by Pioneer Music Pub. Co. There are several copyright dates, the latest being 1914 to Richmond-Robbins, Inc., in New York.
This sheet music measures 9-1/4 by 12-1/4 inches. Condition is good, with wear and 1/2-inch tear on the edge, and a 1-1/2 inch separation of the fold.
