This is the December 1923 issue of Needlecraft Magazine, which contains fashion and beauty advertisements, needlework instructions and other articles and ads geared to the woman of the 1920s.
There is a charming illustration for Cream of Wheat cereal on the inside front cover, painted by artist Edward V. Brewer, and copyrighted in 1923 by the Cream of Wheat Company.
The back cover has a colorful ad for Jell-O, with a terrific illustration by artist Norman Price.
As a knitter myself, I especially like the pattern for a woman's sweater and vest on page 10.
The magazine measures 10-3/4 by 13-3/4 inches and contains 35 pages, plus the covers, and is in good condition, with light wear on the edges and a very light crease at the bottom left.
This vintage magazine will be protectively packaged with a backing board and plastic sleeve.
