Comic Postcard – Man Praying for Large Fish, McGill Illustration

This early postcard is printed with an Donald McGill illustration of a man sitting on a dock, looking toward heaven and praying for "a fish so large that I...shall have no need to lie".

This is a divided-back postcard published by Bamforth in the USA as #1207 of the Art Comic series. It is in very good condition, sharp and clear, with the exception of some brown spots on the lower right edge.

This card will be packaged in a rigid plastic sleeve and bubble envelope, and shipped by first class mail. Postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
