Fine Antique Coalport Marked 4 Piece 9" Fish Plate Set, 3 Species!
Fabulous 19th century to early 1900s double marked Coalport & Gilman Collamore & Co., Fifth Ave New York hand painted fish plate set, four 9" plates and each with a unique figural painting! Gorgeous, you'll want to display these in a window front vitrine or wall cabinet for sure! Raised patterns in the porcelain around the rims with gilt accenting, a pale pink that fades to the center white where each of the paintings resides. Four plates but yes, only three species including salmon, haddock and dace (the last on two plates though with unique paintings). Fabulous and priced to move, don't miss them!
Excellent condition! No chips, cracks or flaws to mention toher than a slight scuff or two to the paint. See pictures for measurements.
