Elegant Vintage Minton Tiffany & Co. 6pc 9" Soup Bowl Set
Gorgeous set of SIX vintage Minton 9" soup or bouillon bowls with ornate red & gold enamel borders and Tiffany & Company marks! One of two fine sets of vintage Minton dishes that we're adding this week, be sure to take a peek at the 12pc set of 10" dinner plates with fabulous gold enamel frieze style borders! A set of six here and one has a small, roughly 1/8", rim chip but aren't they beautiful! Rich gold enamel borders with deep red medallions and double marked by Minton, made for Tiffany & Company, New York. The date marks impressed into the bottoms are for 1930. The centers are eggshell white and framed in a very pale yellow or cream. A great set and priced as if a set for four so, have that one small nip restored and enjoy!
Very good condition. All are in great shape with just the one rim chip (shown in the images). A minor surface scuff her and there but no crazing to the glaze, no knife mark style gouges. See pictures for measurements.
